RECORDINGS/ PUBLICATIONS "The Adult Amateur Experience: A View from BothTeacher and Student," IHS Online “Principal Horns in US Orchestras,” Horn Call February 2009. A listing of all principal hornists of the top 5 major orchestras in the United States from the time they were founded to the present day “A Man of Many Talents: Paul Basler,” Horn Call May 2007. An interview with hornist and composer Paul Basler. In Times Like These, released in 2007. This CD was produced by Rising Sun Records and was a project by Arlo Guthrie in conjunction with the University of Kentucky Symphony Orchestra. It includes many of Guthrie’s most famous songs re-orchestrated to include the entire symphony orchestra. Distilled in Kentucky: University of Kentucky Wind Ensemble, released in 2007. This CD was produced by Mark Masters and includes wind band standards as well as several premieres the UK wind ensemble had performed over the course of the 2005-2006 school year. Music of the Horse, released 2006. This CD was a project commissioned by the Keeneland Race Course for the University of Kentucky Symphony Orchestra and includes classic orchestral literature related to horses. University of Kentucky Wind Ensemble Volumes 1 and 2, released 2004. This CD includes recordings of live performances of the wind ensemble which were recorded, produced, and conducted by Timothy Reynish.
